What services does your company provide?

Our company provides recruitment, employment, and subcontracting services. We help businesses in Lithuania find qualified workers and can also deliver project work as a subcontractor with our own professional teams.

Which industries do you work in?

We primarily work in construction and manufacturing projects.

Do you operate across all of Lithuania?

Yes, our workforce teams can operate across Lithuania and, when required, on projects in other European Union countries.

How can you help our company find workers?

We handle the entire recruitment process, including:

Can you provide workforce teams for projects?

Yes. We can assemble full workforce teams (e.g. concrete workers, welders, pipefitters, installers, electricians, and others) that can work independently based on project requirements.

What is a subcontracting service?

In a subcontracting arrangement, our company takes responsibility for specific project work scopes. We provide the workforce, organize project execution, and are responsible for the quality of work in accordance with the agreement.

How long does the recruitment process take?

Depending on the profession and the number of workers required, employees can typically start within 1–6 weeks.

Do your workers have relevant experience?

Yes. Candidates are selected based on their work experience, qualifications, and references.

Do your workers work legally?

Yes. All workers are employed in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and hold the required work and residence permits. In subcontracting projects, all workers hold transparent worker identification (ID) cards.

Who handles documentation for foreign workers?

We help coordinate the entire process, including:

  • preparation of the job offer
  • obtaining a work permit or labour market test
  • obtaining a temporary residence permit in Lithuania
